What are my shipping options?
We offer a variety of shipping options:
Flat rate: a discounted flat-rate option. shipping is untracked & sent at your discretion. delivery time varies, we estimate 5-10 business days
Standard shipping: a tracked shipping option, we estimate 3-9 business days
Express shipping: a tracked shipping option, we estimate 1-2 business days
Orders over $100 ship for free. Your package will be sent using standard shipping.
Shipping times are in addition to the time needed to pack your order. Please add 2 business days to shipping times.
Where can i ship my order to?
We offering canada-wide shipping on all orders. Pur usa shipping will be announced soon!
Can i pick up my order?
We offer local pick-up in regina, sk. choose ‘local pick up’ as your shipping option during check out.
Can i return or exchange?
We want you to feel that #poplove and offer returns within 7 days of receiving your order on any items that aren’t a ‘love’. Items that are unworn & in their original packaging can be returned by completing our return request.
At this time we cannot offer an exchange. We ask that you place a new order, and submit a return request for the items you wish to return.
I gave you the wrong address, what do i do?
Please contact us right away once you realize the mistake. If your order has not yet shipped, we will correct the address. We unfortunately cannot be responsible for orders once they have shipped. Any orders returned to us as ‘undeliverable’ will be refunded to your payment method (less any shipping fees).
Can i use more than one promo code?
We can only accept one promo code per order. Please use the promo code that offers you the greatest savings.

What size of scrunchie will work best for me?
Our goal is to make a scrunchie that will work for all hair types. To help you make sure you’re ordering the style you’re dreaming about:
Our pop bows scrunchies fit most hair types. They’re more poufy & feature extra fabric to help keep the pouf. The bow is removable depending on your hair goals for the day!
Our pop thins scrunchies fit most hair types. They’re on the thinner side & tend to work best for less hair (thin hair, half ponies) because there’s less fabric & tie a little tighter. beth is blessed with a head of super thick hair & swears by the thins because less fabric = less bulk.
Fabric will always affect these suggestions. A midweight or thicker fabric will mean less room for hair. A lighter fabric will give you a little more breathing room. Please note the fabric type in the description of each scrunchie.

My scrunchie is dirty, how do i clean it?
All fabrics behave very differently, and we always recommend hand washing in cool water with a mild detergent & laying flat to dry. Some fabrics will behave nicely in a washing machine, and some will not. We recommend being cautious.
Store scrunchies away from direct sunlight and heat to help preserve the life of your elastic.
